Order Processing Times 

You can trust that your order will be processed quickly and delivered safely. All of our products are made to order and typically ship within 7-10 business days from your order date. You will receive an e-mail from us with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Domestic Orders

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders and ship products anywhere in the U.S. using USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  Delivery times are approximately 2-5 business days.  We do not currently offer expedited shipping service.

International Orders

We ship to many countries worldwide! All of our orders are shipped from our factory in the the USA. International shipping charges are based on the destination country and size of the package.  Please allow adequate time for international shipping and delivery.

Duties & Taxes

You will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that Moments Engraved does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Moments Engraved, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Shipping Address Modification

If you would like to modify your shipping address, contact our Customer Support Team at support@momentsengraved.com with your order number and the updated shipping information. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to change the shipping address.

Attempted Deliveries

Our shipping providers such as USPS, Fedex, UPS and other international shippers sometimes have strict policies for the number of attempted deliveries. Signature may be required on some orders because of the size and value of the pieces being shipped. As per the policies of the shipping company, delivery will be attempted up to 3 times before it is sent back to the shipping facility. In the event where the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the shipping companies may at their own discretion destroy the package without any further notice. In this event, Moments Engraved will not be liable for the shipment.
