For international orders, we look for the most affordable rate between Fedex, USPS, UPS and DHL before choosing a provider. We understand that things can happen during the manufacturing and shipping process and to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, we offer a limited 30 day money back guarantee on all products. If you find that your product is not in terrific condition, then please contact us with a picture of the damages or errors and we will happily send you a brand new one.

Where do the orders ship from?

Every order is manufactured in our facilities in the United States of America. We ship each of our orders from our warehouse based in Michigan, USA.

Will I get a tracking number?

We are always happy to work to meet our customers need, but keep in mind that we do have to charge additional fees for any customizations that are out of our typical scope of work.
