Online Purchase Terms and Conditions
This section sets forth MomentsEngraved.com’s Terms and Conditions of sale. By completing a purchase with us you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
The only warranties and guarantees provided by Moments Engraved are expressly set forth in the Moments Engraved’s Limited Warranty in effect on the date of purchase, which Customer acknowledges has been reviewed. Moments Engraved disclaims all conditions, warranties, and guarantees that are not expressly set forth therein and any implied conditions, warranties, and/or guarantees.
Moments Engraved carries many of the products that is displayed on our website. In some cases, merchandise on our website may be out of stock, or may be discontinued without notice.
Our current manufacturing lead-times average 2-5 weeks from the customer's order date for custom Monograms and Flag items. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 6 weeks from the customer's order date. This is dependent upon several factors including, but not restricted to: Item Quantity, Item Size/Weight, Location, & Current Stock Levels at the time of purchase.
All prices and services featured on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars, are valid and effective only in the continental U.S.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, item numbers, availability, and dimensions; however, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors. Moments Engraved reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Moments Engraved will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
We are proud of our products and may reference material and manufacturing techniques throughout the website. Steel specifications, product composition, and manufacturing techniques vary by product and may change over time without notice. Final products may vary in color, finish, size, or other features.
Some of our products have been photographed with electronic equipment. Electronic equipment is not included with product purchase.
The total order amount, including sales tax and shipping and delivery charges, will be charged to your credit card account or deducted from your gift card in full at the time the order is placed.
All split letter monogram pieces will ONLY be produced and shipped out in all CAPITAL letters. No adjustments will be made with lowercase words, letters or monograms in general. This is due to the fact that the sturdiness and quality of the piece cannot be maintained with lowercase letters. Orders will not be refunded or fixed if they have an expectation for anything other than capital letters such as what they see on the example images.
Sales item orders cannot be cancelled. Sales items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments are given on or due to prior sales.
Custom items cannot have any special characters and every piece will be made with capital letters (no exceptions) unless specified within the product listing itself. For any special characters or unconventional names, please put special instruction in the order notes and we will try our best to accommodate if possible. Specialized instructions may void warrantied items. The photos/colors shown on the website of our products may slightly vary to the ones received in person. Each computer has a different pixelation which may cause differences in the colors. The personalized names, dates, initials and numbers can cause the slight aesthetic of the engravings or designs of pieces to be altered.
Order CancellationsWe cannot accept order cancellations on any custom-made or custom-cut items past 12 hours after order placement. We cannot accept cancellations on custom-made, custom-finished items, or custom artwork design. This includes, but is not limited to custom names and other custom text. All purchases are made to order, and can not be refunded or cancelled due to time and resources allocated to the fulfillment of that item.
For all other items that have shipped: Find the return policy that applies, below, and follow that procedure.
If your Moments Engraved product is received damaged or develops a manufacturing defect that is covered by the Moments Engraved Limited Warranty, contact the Moments Engraved Service Center that delivered your product or call our Internet Service Center at MomentsEngravedTeam@gmail.com. Our network of service professionals will assist you.
We do not accept returns on custom-made, custom-finished items, or custom artwork design. This includes, but is not limited to custom names and other custom text.

By checking the box at checkout, you agree to opt into our membership program where you will be charged $29.16 one time every month after 30 days. The VIP Membership plans can be canceled easily with no cancelation fees at anytime by emailing support at MomentsEngravedTeam@gmail.com. Please email support at least 2 days before your next billing period in order to avoid being charged again. VIP membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
Return Procedure: Items shipped via UPS
- You must return the item along with a completed Return Authorization Form via UPS or to your local Design Center within 10 days of receiving the product. Repack the item securely in its original carton.
- We will not accept returns without a completed Return Authorization Form or items returned more than 10 days after receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, warranty service will be provided at no charge (see Warranty Returns, above).
- Your item will be inspected upon return. A credit will be issued to the original credit card account or a gift card will be issued to the gift recipient within 15 days after we receive the item at our Returns Distribution Center. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods.
- A return handling charge of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. A credit will be issued to the original credit card account or a gift card will be issued to the gift recipient within 15 days after we receive the item at our Returns Distribution Center. Delivery is subject to reasonable and safe access. It is your responsibility to advise us of any special delivery requirements. Hoisting, window removal, and any other extraordinary measures necessary to accomplish delivery are your responsibility and at your risk, the cost of which must be paid by you at or before the time of delivery.
